Our unique design features a Base Frame with hidden magnets that allow you to snap on different 'Top Frames' instantly. You can change your style, color, or pattern in seconds without needing a new prescription.
Can I get my prescription lenses with Pair?
Yes! We offer a wide range of prescription options including single-vision, progressive, readers, and non-prescription lenses. All lenses come with anti-reflective and scratch-resistant coatings.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you aren't completely in love with your Base Frames or Top Frames, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days for prescription orders, as each lens is custom-crafted. Non-prescription Top Frame orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
Do you accept Vision Insurance or FSA/HSA?
Yes, Pair Eyewear is an out-of-network provider for most vision insurance plans. You can also use your FSA or HSA debit cards at checkout for all prescription eyewear purchases.
Are your glasses durable?
Absolutely. Our Base Frames are made from hand-polished cellulose acetate, and our Top Frames are crafted from lightweight, flexible materials designed to withstand daily wear.
