Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific frames or accessories you wish to return and provide a brief reason to help us improve.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided at the end of the return portal session.

• 4.
  Send It Back

  Pack your items securely in the original packaging and drop the package off at any authorized mail carrier location.
